Instead, implement daily habits.

The thing you have in your mind, stop everything and DO IT NOW.
Want to start exercising? Do 1 push-up NOW.
Want to drink more liquids? Go and drink water NOW.
Do you want to have a clearer mind? Tidy up your room in 5 minutes.
You don’t have to feel %100 sure and ready to do things, then it will be too late. Always default to action.
You have the most precious thing right now, time, use it now.
If you don’t want to use social media that much, start deleting those apps, challenge yourself. Read the book you want or meet up with friends. Succeed 1 week of no social media or whatever.
Don’t look for motivation to start, understand you have only NOW but you don’t have the future time.
